Before establishing Inside Edge Consulting in 1997, Anne worked as a psychologist and learning and development consultant with the Tasmanian Education Department, Community Services of Victoria, Australian Healthcare and EY. In her consulting business her client group is broad, including professional services, retail, government and not for profit. Past and current clients include EY, Coles Group, Sinclair Knight Merz, Monash College, The Victorian Government and Catholic Healthcare Services.
Anne’s genuine regard for others enables her to quickly build trust with her clients. Whether working with individuals or teams, she guides others to realise their own innate wisdom and abilities to create practical and workable solutions.
When appropriate, she offers her own insights and interpretations and also, offers tools and techniques to help build the client’s knowledge and skill base. Always focused on adding commercial value, Anne ensures that there is a direct correlation between a benefit to the individual or team and improved productivity and business results.
Coaching leaders is a key interest of Anne’s. She draws on thirty years of experience and knowledge from leadership experience and organisational and coaching psychology. She incorporates relevant aspects of western and eastern psychology and philosophy in her work and stays up to date with current thinking and techniques through a commitment to her own development.

Anne is privileged to be part of a team selected to facilitate the 'Leading & Coaching Program, The Coles Way', designed by Talent Mondial, as part of Coles Group's turnaround strategy.
This 3-day residential program was rolled out to 1500 leaders in The Coles Group and continues to be a core leadership program of their Leadership curriculum. It was driven by the CEO and the Board, and is acknowledged as a significant strategy for changing leadership behaviours.
